Joint venture aims to build $23 million assisted living campus in Cedarburg
A real estate firm based in California has entered into a joint-venture relationship with a Minnesota-based management company and a Madison-based developer to build a $23 million, 110-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care campus in Cedarburg. Hamilton House is set to open in 2019.
