JFC signs off on compensation fund fees, ASC rate boost
The Legislature’s budget-writing committee approved a 10 percent decrease Friday in the fees that healthcare providers pay to participate in the Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund. The fund covers large medical malpractice claims.
