Report: Thousands of uninsured in Wisconsin eligible for public assistance
While 400,000 people in Wisconsin were uninsured in 2016, more than half of that group was eligible for some sort of assistance under the Affordable Care Act, according to a report by the Kaiser Family Foundation.
