Darling, Nygren want marijuana policy out of budget, differ on vaping tax
The co-chairs of the Joint Finance Committee said Thursday that Gov. Tony Evers’ proposal to legalize medical marijuana and decriminalize small amounts of the drug will not make it into the final budget. And they offered differing views on the fate of a tax on vaping products.
