Federal agency sues Rogers over alleged discrimination
A federal civil rights agency sued Rogers Behavioral Health last week, alleging the Oconomowoc-based provider violated federal law by rescinding a job offer after an applicant tested positive for a prescribed drug. The health system denied the allegations.
