DHS seeks approval for plan to roll out premiums for BadgerCare childless adults
The Department of Health Services asked lawmakers Thursday to sign off on its final implementation plan to charge premiums to some childless adults in BadgerCare, reduce those premiums for healthy behaviors and require copayments for non-emergency use of the emergency room.
