Baldwin raises concerns about short-term health plans

Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., joined other Democratic senators on a letter last month raising concerns that actions by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services could lead consumers to sign up for coverage that doesn’t contain Affordable Care Act protections during the open enrollment period.
