Wisconsin health groups declare racism a public health crisis
In May 2018, the Wisconsin Public Health Association passed a resolution declaring racism a public health crisis. As of mid-December, 40 groups throughout the state, including healthcare providers, local governments and insurance companies, signed on to the declaration.
