DHS: 1,021 new cases of COVID-19, seven more deaths

There were 1,021 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Wisconsin on Friday, bringing the total to 64,227.

There were seven more deaths, for a total of 1,025.

There were 9,418 more negative tests, and 9.8 percent of the 10,439 tests reported on Friday were positive. The seven-day average is 7.3 percent.

There have been 1,108,840 people tested in the state for the virus.

The seven-day average of newly reported COVID-19 cases is 780 per day.
