Wisconsin vaccinators have now administered more than 1 million COVID-19 vaccine doses.
Vaccinators administered 1,023,576 doses of COVID-19 vaccine as of Tuesday.
Per state data, 12.7 percent of the state’s population, or 740,450 Wisconsinites, have received first doses, and 4.5 percent, or 263,877 Wisconsinites, have received second doses.
DHS reported 657 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, for a total of 556,989.
Ten more deaths brought the state’s death toll to 6,214.
An additional 4,885 Wisconsinites were tested, for a total of 3,132,015.
DHS considers 10,092 cases active.
The seven-day average for daily new cases is 731, down 23 from Monday and 188 from a week ago.
The seven-day average for daily new deaths is 12, down four from Tuesday and down 13 from a week ago.
As of Tuesday, the seven-day positivity rate by test was 3.1 percent, the same as Monday and 0.7 percentage points from a week ago.
