Wisconsin vaccinators have given more than 4 million COVID-19 vaccine doses.
Wisconsin vaccinators administered 4,057,602 doses of COVID-19 vaccine through Wednesday.
They gave 48,560 doses on Wednesday, with a seven-day average of 44,074 daily shots.
Per state data, 41.1 percent of the state’s population, or 2,392,870 Wisconsinites, have received at least one dose of a vaccine, and 29.7 percent, or 1,729,140 Wisconsinites, have completed their vaccination series.
The Department of Health Services reported 732 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, for a total of 592,994.
The state’s death toll is at 6,725 people, after DHS reported four more deaths.
An additional 5,896 Wisconsinites have been tested for COVID-19, for a total of 3,409,228.
DHS considers 9,139 cases active.
The seven-day average for daily new cases is 641, down 30 from Wednesday and up 167 from a week ago.
The seven-day average for daily new deaths is four, the same as Wednesday and a week ago.
As of Wednesday, the seven-day positivity rate by test was 3.3 percent, down 0.1 percentage points from Tuesday and 0.4 percentage points from a week earlier, per preliminary data from DHS.
