Bill would allow providing documentation of prior COVID-19 infection in lieu of vaccination, testing

Wisconsinites would be able to show documentation that they either tested positive for COVID-19 or have antibodies against the virus instead of providing proof of vaccination or undergoing regular testing if required by an employer, under a bill considered by lawmakers.
