Audit: Wisconsin’s medical malpractice has net position of $1.3 billion
Wisconsin’s medical malpractice fund had a net position of around $1.3 billion at the end of last June, largely due to positive investment income and a decline in loss liabilities over the past decade, according to a report released this week by the Legislative Audit Bureau.
