Evers proposes sending 20 percent of sales tax to local governments for services like public health, EMS
Gov. Tony Evers said Tuesday that in his 2023-25 state budget he’ll propose sending 20 percent of the state’s sales tax to local governments to invest in public health, emergency medical services and other areas.
