Marshfield Clinic, Essentia move toward merger
Marshfield Clinic Health System and Minnesota-based Essentia Health said Thursday that they’ve entered into an agreement to form a new regional health system that will span four states, the latest step in a process that keeps them on track to formally come together by the end of the year, assuming regulatory approval.
