GOP bill banning gender-affirming care for kids passes Assembly
The Republican-controlled Assembly passed a bill Thursday 63-35 on party lines that would bar gender-affirming care for kids, a plan opposed by healthcare providers and Gov. Tony Evers, who has said he’d veto it.
