Emplify Health will reopen Prevea Health clinic in Mondovi
Emplify Health, the health system formed by the merger of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, will reopen a clinic formerly run by Prevea Health in Mondovi, following the departure of the physician group and Hospital Sisters Health System from western Wisconsin.
