Assembly backs money for Rogers’ proposed western Wisconsin campus
The Assembly unanimously backed providing $10 million to Rogers Behavioral Health for a western Wisconsin campus on Thursday, but was divided on bills that would allow more cigar bars to open and bar the state from covering healthcare for immigrants who are in the country illegally. All three bills head to the Senate for further consideration.
