OCI: Nearly 196,000 effectuated exchange coverage
Nearly 196,000 Wisconsinites who signed up for 2018 insurance coverage through the Affordable Care Act health insurance exchange paid their premium, according to preliminary findings from the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.
