DHS: 2,319 new COVID-19 cases, 16 more deaths

The Department of Health Services reported 2,319 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, for a total 138,698.

There were 16 more deaths, for a total 1,415.

An additional 13,507 people were tested, for a total 1,632,002.

The seven-day positivity rate by person was 16.9 percent as of Tuesday, and the seven-day positivity rate by test was 9 percent.

The seven-day average for newly reported COVID-19 cases was 2,346 as of Wednesday.
