Opioid settlement money to start flowing into state in second quarter
Attorney General Josh Kaul said Friday that the state of Wisconsin and local governments will start seeing money in the second quarter of this year from a $26 billion opioid agreement with three major pharmaceutical distributors and Johnson & Johnson.
