GOP lawmakers end special session on BadgerCare expansion 

Republican legislative leaders on Tuesday stood by their decision to end a special session on expanding Medicaid, after Gov. Tony Evers and other Democrats blasted them for not taking up a bill that would put an additional $1 billion in federal money from expansion into economic development and capital projects.
