State will see $15.8 million from Johnson & Johnson settlement

The Wisconsin Department of Justice said Wednesday the state will receive $15.8 million from a settlement with Johnson & Johnson that resolves allegations the pharmaceutical company misled consumers about the safety of some talcum powder products, including baby and body powder.

Wisconsin pharmacies sue Express Scripts

A company that previously offered pharmacy services is part of a group that has filed a class-action lawsuit against Express Scripts, alleging the large Cigna-owned pharmacy benefit manager violated federal antitrust law through an agreement with a similar organization to fix prices.
