WCHQ members receive performance awards at Statewide Quality Improvement Event

The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) recognized the following member organizations in three target areas – diabetes blood sugar control, hypertension blood pressure control and colorectal cancer screening at the 3rd Annual Statewide Quality Improvement Event at the Monona Terrace on June 14, 2016. The organizations were recognized for their work in the first year of WCHQ’s improvement goal period comparing performance data submitted in November of 2014 with subsequent data published in late 2015.
