Child care providers patient as state sets up grading program
A new child care center rating system has some providers anxiously waiting to see how the state fully adopts the program. YoungStar, a rating system to standardize child care practice in Wisconsin that began last year, rates child care providers from large group centers to small, privately owned centers on a scale of one to five.
