MILWAUKEE (Oct. 31, 2011) – It will be business as usual for Children’s Hospital and Health System when Wisconsin’s Concealed Carry law goes into effect November 1. Weapons and firearms have not been, nor will they be, allowed on any properties.

Children’s Hospital and Health System places children and families at the center of care and service design and delivery. They provide a welcoming and safe environment by taking responsibility for safety and security.

Bi-lingual signage (English and Spanish) that reads “no firearms, no weapons allowed” will be posted on all properties to notify patients, families, visitors, clients, vendors and staff.
