Assisted Living Concepts board fires CEO Bebo

Assisted Living Concepts, the assisted-living chain facing increased scrutiny from regulators in several states, on Tuesday said that it has fired chief executive Laurie Bebo. Charles H. "Chip" Roadman II, a physician and retired lieutenant general of the U.S. Air Force, was hired as interim president and chief executive. Bebo had been chief executive since Assisted Living Concepts became a public company in 2006. (JOURNAL SENTINEL, 5/30)
