Walker's plan to reject health care aid sparks rally

Activists and Democrats were out stumping Tuesday in opposition to Gov. Scott Walker’s plan to reject $12 billion in federal health care aid, a rejection that the governor’s office calls a move toward “entitlement reform.” Kevin Kane of Citizen Action of Wisconsin and Sen. Dave Hansen, D-Green Bay, held a news conference and rally Tuesday at the Brown County Courthouse to protest Walker’s plan. (GREEN BAY PRESS GAZETTE, 2/20)
