Health First Wisconsin doesn't want smokers penalized
Health First Wisconsin, home of Smoke Free Wisconsin, is asking lawmakers to lay off state smokers. It's hoping to reverse a provision in Governor Scott Walker's budget bill that hits state employees who use tobacco products with a $50 per month premium surcharge. (WHN, 2/27)
