16 plans show interest in self-insured model for state employees
Sixteen health plans have told the state they can provide self-insured coverage, Deloitte representatives said during a meeting of the Group Insurance Board Wednesday. In addition, six plans responded to the state's request for information that they can provide statewide coverage on a self-funded basis. (WHN, 6/27)
