DHS Medicaid waiver extends premiums for transitional medical assistance program

Under a provision in the state's recent BadgerCare Plus waiver, it would continue charging premiums for adults that receive transitional medical assistance, something not traditionally allowed during the first six months of the program. (WHN, 8/15)
