Medical school proposed for Jefferson faces financial uncertainty

Thompson leads the greening of Gundersen

In its quest to become the first health system in the country to meet all of its energy needs, Gundersen Health System has constructed an 800-horsepower boiler to burn wood chips, turned methane gas from a county landfill into electricity, and started working with Dane County farmers to transform cow manure into power.
