Walker calls for delay to Medicaid changes

Responding to what he called a failed federal rollout of the federal health reform law, Governor Scott Walker announced Thursday that he would call a special session of the Legislature to delay for three months the transitioning of more than 77,000 Medicaid members and 25,000 high risk pool members into the state's commercial market.
