Aurora Health Care plans to invest $100 million in western Racine and Walworth counties in the coming years, including breaking ground on an ambulatory surgical center and clinic just outside Burlington next year. The planned investments also include spending $30 million on renovations for its hospitals in Burlington and Elkhorn. (JOURNAL SENTINEL, 2/3)
