Medica and Mayo Clinic Health System to offer accountable care model in northwest Wisconsin

Mayo Clinic Health System and Medica are partnering to provide an accountable care product in four northwestern Wisconsin counties. My Plan by Medica will be available on Medica's private market exchange to fully insured large groups in Barron, Chippewa, Dunn and Eau Claire beginning July 1. The new plan will provide employers a "significant savings" over plans that offer a broader provider network, according to a joint statement from the organizations. (WHN, 5/27)
