Epic Systems adding employees

Judy Newman of the State Journal reports: "Spokesman Shawn Kiesau declined to comment on how many employees have come on board the privately owned Epic at any particular time, but he said he is now telling news media the health IT company has 7,400 employees. That's up 600 from February, when the company reported having a staff of 6,800." (STATE JOURNAL, 7/14)

Medical Society president stresses need to work together

Peck says accreditation of public health school could come by 2016

After receiving approval to begin its accreditation process last month, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Zilber School of Public Health Dean Magda Peck said her school could receive accreditation by the end of 2016.
