Aurora forms joint venture with Bay Area Medical Center

Aurora Health Care and Bay Area Medical Center are joining forces. The systems announced Tuesday they've agreed to form a joint venture. Aurora will serve as a minority partner in the 99-bed hospital, infusing capital and bringing advanced services to the facility, according to a release. (WHN, 8/13)
