Sixteenth Street has long history with population health

At Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, population health isn't a trend. It's how they have always approached care, according to Executive Vice President Dr. Julie Schuller. AIDS organizations to merge

The AIDS Network and AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin are joining forces effective Feb. 1, 2015. The new organization, which will operate as the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, projects it will serve 4,000 people a year with HIV throughout the state. (WHN, 12/11)
