Walker proposes drug testing for childless adults in BadgerCare

Gov. Scott Walker will propose in his budget that childless adults on Medicaid undergo drug tests to receive benefits, a spokeswoman confirmed Thursday. Walker, in a radio address, billed the action as part of his plan for investing in workplace readiness. (WHN, 1/23)
