Berry and Kaney join Alliance Board, Olm elected Board Chair, Culver Vice Chair

Janette Berry, benefits manager of Miniature Precision Components (MPC) Inc., Janesville, Wis.; Jill Kaney, director of human resources of Wesley Willows Corporation, Rockford, Ill.; and Larry Pribyl, CFO of Trachte Building Systems, Sun Prairie, Wis. have been elected to The Alliance Board of Directors.

Brad Olm, vice president of human resources at Gordon Flesch Co., Madison, Wis. was elected board chair. Olm became a member of The Alliance Board of Directors in 2013. He joined Gordon Flesch Co. in 2010 and serves on the senior leadership team. He guides the human resources department in supporting more than 600 employees in 10 locations.

Wendy Culver, human resources director at Mead & Hunt, Madison, Wis. was elected vice chair. Culver became a member The Alliance Board of Directors in 2008. She joined Mead & Hunt in 1996 as human resources director. In her position she is responsible for human resources policies, strategic planning, training, recruitment, retention and benefits.
