American Family Children’s Hospital receives donation of 30 infant car seats

MADISON- American Family Children’s Hospital is one of 12 in the U.S. that have received donations of car seats from GB, a children’s products company.  GB donated 30 infant car seats to the children’s hospital.  A total of 360 car seats were donated to a dozen children’s hospitals around the country.

“All 30 of the car seats will be donated to families whose infants have unique health care needs,” said Jim Savage, Safety Center director at American Family Children’s Hospital.  “The GB Asana model car seats have special features that provide a good fit for low birth weight babies that need additional positioning support.”

The infant car seats,  that can be used for infants starting at just four pounds, retail for $200 each.
