Security Health Plan acquires Indiana company

And Launches a New Brand to Signify Expanding Services

Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., recently purchased Indiana-based Cornerstone Benefits Administrator, Inc., to strengthen its third-party administrative services arm, Security Administrative Services.

Now part of Security Administrative Services, LLC, Cornerstone built a solid reputation for providing third-party administrative services to businesses in Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin that self-fund its employee health benefits. Security Administrative Services is now servicing those clients, as well as its existing Wisconsin clients.

“As more employers choose to self-fund their employee benefits, we are even more committed to providing a high level of service to our self-funded clients, as well as our business partners who serve these clients,” said Ginger Wolf, chief of business strategy for Security Administrative Services. “This acquisition supports our commitment to growth in this market.”

To build on this commitment, Security Administrative Services has launched a new brand and logo that honor its 20 years of experience in the industry and represents the company’s new level of benefits administration for self-funded clients, including competitive discounts and high-value network access.

“Our goal is to offer businesses a more streamlined experience with a uniquely personal touch,” Wolf said. “Our new brand represents our mission to combine technology and people to work together to form a complete TPA solution.”
