Free Health Insurance Marketplace assistance offered at Stoughton Hospital

Stoughton Hospital certified application counselors are available to provide free assistance to help patients and community members understand and sign up for health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace. The 2018 open enrollment period runs from Thursday, November 1, 2018, to Saturday, December 15, 2018 for individuals to sign up for 2019 healthcare coverage.

Stoughton Hospital certified application counselors are available by appointment Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and some evenings. Please call (608) 873-6611 to schedule an appointment.
