Quartz welcomes ThedaCare® to its provider network
SAUK CITY, WISCONSIN – Quartz welcomed ThedaCare to its extensive provider network on May 1, 2019. Most Quartz commercial members now have access to ThedaCare doctors and specialists at seven hospitals and 31 clinics throughout nine counties in northeast and central Wisconsin. Quartz commercial members can call customer service or visit QuartzBenefits.com/findadoctor to see if ThedaCare providers are in their plan’s network.
By adding ThedaCare to our provider network, most commercial members can utilize their –
- Trauma Center at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah, which is a nationally Verified ACA Level 2 Trauma Center.
- Comprehensive cancer treatment, stroke and cardiac programs
