Prevea Health Expanding to Appleton

New location on Enterprise Ave. opening in July to offer specialty care

Appleton, Wis. – Prevea Health is pleased to announce it will soon offer specialty health care services in the Appleton community.

Prevea Health, a trusted source of primary and specialty health care in Wisconsin for more than 20 years, currently has more than 80 locations throughout Northern, Eastern and Western Wisconsin in clinic and hospital settings. Its headquarters are based in Green Bay, where it was founded in 1996.

In July 2019, Prevea Health will open a location at 2700 E. Enterprise Ave., Suite B, in Appleton. It will offer gastroenterology care with Dr. Nadeem Siddiqui, a board-certified gastroenterologist specializing in a variety of digestive health conditions and treatments. More specialty health care services will be offered at Prevea Health in Appleton in the future.
