Counties tighten, approve and reject COVID-19 mitigation efforts
Dane County on Wednesday barred indoor gatherings outside of households and placed stricter limits on outdoor gatherings. Meanwhile, the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved a COVID-19 ordinance, while the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors narrowly voted down a plan.
