Committee forwards COVID-19 bills barring mandatory vaccines

A Senate committee forwarded a set of Republican-backed COVID-19-related bills last week on party lines, including measures that would ban mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations, require the approval of two-thirds of a school board to keep schools closed to in-person instruction and bar DHS from prioritizing those who are incarcerated for vaccine.
