GHC-SCW members can now choose a Primary Care Provider (PCP) from Three Oaks Health. GHC-SCW members also have access to Urgent Care, Emergency Care and Specialty Care Services at Fort HealthCare in Jefferson County.

“Dr. Milford and his team at Three Oaks Health are committed to providing access to high-quality health care at a local level.” said Dr. Kastman. “Our members deserve the best care — close to home and partnering with Three Oaks Health allows us to continue to expand our network beyond Dane County.”
