LTC Provider Committed to Providing Quality Care and Services to Madison Residents

MADISON, WI – Champion Care is pleased to announce that earlier this week the long-term care provider company has officially assumed ownership and operations of Belmont Health and Rehabilitation Center, renaming it The Bay at Belmont Health and Rehabilitation Center.

“Champion Care is pleased to have the opportunity to lead this important resource serving frail older adults in the Madison area,” said Mark Ruvel and Izzy Weinberg, Managing Partners of Champion Care. “We thank the staff and leadership of the facility for their commitment to providing quality care to those who need it in the community, and thank the Patients, Residents and their families for the honor of providing care and services to them and their loved ones.”

Started in 2017, Champion Care owns and operates skilled nursing facilities in Wisconsin and New Jersey.
