Amgen settlement heads to legislative review
The Wisconsin Department of Justice is asking the legislature’s budget-writing committee to act quickly to approve a proposed settlement that would allow pharmaceutical giant Amgen to move forward on its $28 billion deal to purchase Horizon Therapeutics.
